As a full-service caterer, we are pleased to work with you on menus suited to meet your ethnic or dietary needs. Please feel free to inquire about additional menu items or custom menus that do not appear on this website.
FULL-SERVICE CORPORATE EVENTS
Planning outdoor BBQ, Cocktail Receptions or Holiday Parties, Your Account Executive will help you build a custom menu for your event and will assist you with all of your event needs, including staff, decor, linens, china, equipment, floral arrangements and more.
WARM MENU ITEMS AND CHAFING DISHES
Hot menu selections require on-site warming. You may add 8-quart chafing dishes to your order at no rental charge with purchase 2 of the sternos (2 hours) at $3.50 each per each chafing dish, Equipment Pick up charge will be added to your invoice. Or purchase 8-quart disposable chafing dishes for $750 each with purchase 2 of the sternos
(2 hours at $3.50 each per each chafing dish. Please keep in mind that some events and menu items require additional heating time.
DELIVERY PRESENTATION OPTIONS
- Classic: (Included with every order) Our Standard Package: signature paper plates, plastic utensils, serving utensils, napkins and cups when needed.
- Environmentally Friendly: ZCater is now offering a full line of Green Products—Our plates, bowls, and cutlery are produced from 100% sustainable raw materials. $1.75 per person
- Boardroom: Chafers, Sternos, basic Black Buffet Linen, Disposable High Quality clear, white, or black disposable plastic plates, bowls, cutlery, beverage cups, and napkins. $2.75 per person.
- VIP: All China, Plates, Glassware, Silverware, Chafers, Linens, basic Polycotton Linen and basic Polycotton Linen Napkins. Additional rentals will be charged accordingly. Serving utensils will be provided with each order. $7.00 per person
ORDERING
We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible. All orders must be placed by 4pm for the next business day. Our Customer Service Hours: Monday thru Thursday 9:00 am -4:00 pm Friday 9:00 am -3:00 pm. Our offise is closed Saturday and Sunday and all major Holidays.
After Hours For your convenience, orders may be placed directly to customerservice@zcater.com and are retrieved the following business day. In case of Emergency you can live the message with our 24/7 answering service and one of us will get back to within a reasonable time period.
We do our best to accommodate last minute orders and appreciate your orders as far in advance as possible.
DELIVERY AND SET-UP
There is a nominal delivery charge, which is based on distance. Standard deliveries are scheduled 5 days a week Mon-Fri, from 5:00 AM till 5:00 PM within a thirty-minute delivery time window. Your corporate drop-off order will be presented on catering disposable black acrilic platters and bowls (cold entrees) or in foil pans (hot entrees). If specified, attractive white ceramic platters are available at an additional charge. ZCater can also provide chafing dishes, linens, fine china, glasses, silverware, tables, and chairs as requested.
All orders are served with Bio-degradable heavy-duty paper plates, flatware, paper napkins and service ware. Our uniformed drivers will set up your buffet at no additional charge. Zcater is now offering a variety of set-up packages to accommodate your specific set-up requirements.
Deliveries between 8pm and 6am during the week, and on the Weekends and Holidays are subject to additional Charges.
SERVICE PERSONNEL
Our professional staff, including event supervisors, chefs, waiters and bartenders, is available upon request. We suggest the addition of staff for all hot food orders and receptions of 25 guests or more.
CUSTOMER PICK UP ORDERS
If you wish to pick up your order, our staff will assist you with all packing and loading of your vehicle. All orders will be packaged in foil pans. Insulated heat bags will not be provided. The 15% service and delivery charge will be waived. You will only be charge for disposable service ware if needed. All orders can be picked up at: 17290 Newhope Street, Suite A, Fountain Valley, CA 92708.
SERVICE CHARGE
A minimum 15% Service charge will be added to the cost of food and beverage on all orders. This charge helps to defray the cost involved in order processing, packaging and logistics as well as to compensate our drivers for their services. This is not a gratuity.
GRATUITY
All gratuities “tips” are greatly appreciated by our delivery drivers/serving staff. Gratuity may be added at your discretion.
BILLING
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Corporate Checks or Cash. Any orders over $1,000.00 paid by credit card will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee. Corporate accounts are available only by completing an account application and providing a credit card number. (subject to credit approval). Credit terms for corporate accounts are Net 30. Please ask your Account Executive for an application.
PRICING
The following menu prices are based on Corporate Drop Off Orders Only. Prices, menu items, and Policy and Procedures are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, and to cancel any order based on an incorrect quote.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be received by your account executive via e-mail or in written form no later 24 hours prior to the order start time. Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the event will result in a 100% charge to the client, including events cancelled due to inclement weather.
RENTALS
For an additional charge, we can provide upgraded Chafing Dishes, Linens, Fine China, Glassware, Stemware, Silverware, Tables and Chairs through our subsidiary company, A-Z Party Rentals. An additional charge will be added for delivery, set-up, breakdown and pick-up services.
BAR SERVICE
We offer a variety of Hosted and Cash Bar packages. Please contact Zcater for additional information.
