String Quartets, Organist, Vocalist, Harpist, Piano Player, Violin, Live Band and DJ

Different wedding packages? What time do you start? How late do you work during the wedding day? What is the overtime cost per hour? Is there a minimum time requirement? Are there extra charges if there is an assistant? How many wedding have you done? How large of a weddings have you ever worked on? (Number of Guests) Is there extra charges for travel time? Can you give me references from previous clients? How many sets do you play? Can we preview your audio or video tapes? How much time to your need to set-up? Clean – up? What is the musician’s attire? What is your music specialty? References of previous clients? Can we request volume control? Can they accommodate requests from Guests? How long is their break period? Will a tape be played during this period? Is there a list of music or songs to choose from?

Suggestion: Be sure to let your DJ or your musician know that you do not want prospective brides and grooms attending your reception to preview their work. You might get charged extra head counts by the restaurant

Music sets the mood for your guests at the wedding and at the reception. The right music puts everyone in a good frame of mind, and also lets your guests know what to expect (don’t we all know what happens when we hear the opening strains of “Here Comes the Bride”?)
